Crystal DeCnodder

Crystal DeCnodder is the Co-Founder of the Canadian Cannabis Summit and the Chief Marketing Officer at Full Blast Creative. She is a featured speaker as well as an instructor at Mount Royal University & SAIT, and presents on the topics of cannabis education and pharmaceutical marketing, A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) in marketing automations, social media and digital marketing strategies. When Crystal isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family, skateboarding, traveling as often as possible, and keeping her nose in a good book.

Karen Stokke

Karen Stokke is a Consultant at Cannabis at Work and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with 14 years of experience in HR. She has worked in a variety of industries including Oil & Gas, Post-Secondary Education and Veterinary Medicine. In September 2017 Karen joined Cannabis at Work as a Consultant and is now the Learning Manager, where she develops and facilitates training.
